This area is for the writing that sits between a lesson and a research note: shorter than a programme, more explanatory than a headline, and written for someone who wants to understand a concept properly rather than be told what to think about it.
The editorial rule is the same one the rest of the institution follows — education before promotion. An article explains a mechanism, defines its terms, and says what it does not cover.
Where a topic has a real risk attached, the article says so in the same breath as the opportunity. That is not a disclaimer bolted on at the end; it is part of explaining the subject accurately.
